Currently, PT BKA has 160 mold capacity of pre-stern concrete's pad production, and PT. Balton Kurnia Abadi also has a system that able to do substitution of track's pad in various type and various width in relatively short time. PT. Balton Kurnia Abadi also has standard production process with implementation of quality management system ISO 9001:2008, that make our product quality guaranteed, and can be easily analyzed if there is any problem.

Day to day installation capacity is 500 pad per shift per day, or 150,000 pads per year with assumption of 300 working days.

Production Process and Inspection:
Individual pretensioning system

Production process begins with raw materials quality control, mold preparation, and continue with installation of mooring equipment, pre-stern, and casting, density, steam curing, stress release, demoulding, with final step of delivery pad to stacking yard after standard Quality Control.

On every step in production process, there is an examination done by Quality Control Team, to ensure consistency and quality control.
