PT. Balton Kurnia Abadi was established at March 30th, 2007, with deed number 96 by public notary Mr Hadi 'n Wibisono SH. Currently PT. Balton Kurnia Abadi occupying around + 8.000m2 area at No. 8 Block 12, Kawasan Industri Candi Gatot Subroto, Semarang.
With the constant requirements of iron and wood pad replacement because of many causes including timeworn, etc, and as well as constant expansion of train's track network, and as well as construction of train's double track network done by Dirjen Perkeretaapian Departemen Perhubungan and PT KAI, and with few companies involved in this industries are the major opportunities that became the main reason of PT Balton Kurnia Abadi establishment.
